yupik_toddler_activity_guideBest Beginnings Alaska has just released three new early childhood development guides in Yupik. The goal is to provide Yupik speaking parents of very young children with books in their own language and containing culturally relevant activities.

Native student program in engineering proves successful

This week on Hometown, Alaska, find out more about a new program designed to help Alaska Native students at risk of dropping out and to assist those who have already done so to earn their high school graduation requirements.
