Site Credits
The KSKA web site is updated almost every day by Kristin Spack with local news, station info, photos and more. Additional web contributions come from Bede Trantina and Connie Huff, long-time KSKA staffers and APTI’s Vice President of News and Public Media, Pat Yack.
Public e-mail to KSKA is typically answered by Kristin Spack and/or Bede Trantina. Web comments are moderated by Kristin Spack.
Software
Our site relies upon several open source software projects to which we’d like to tip our hats:
We also use a collection of open source WordPress plugins:
- Akismet
- cforms II
- Get Recent Comments
- Google Analyticator
- KB Advanced RSS Widget
- podPress
- Redirection
- Search Everything
- Subscribe to Comments
- WordPress.com Stats
The site design, or theme, is a modified version of the Vertigo WordPress theme, created by Brian Gardner.
For the record, all the above technologies and services are 100% free — a critical factor for a nonprofit corporation looking to make every dollar count. We can’t thank the thousands of software developers out there enough for their fantastic efforts.
