Assembly Ousts Ossiander as Chair

In a sudden move this week, the Anchorage Assembly changed leadership. A six member majority has voted to replace Debbie Ossiander with Pat Flynn as assembly chair.
Was the action mostly symbolic or one that could considerably impact the direction of the Anchorage Assembly over the next few months? KSKA’s Len Anderson sought the answer from a former chairman.
