Municipal Attorney Says Begich Failed to Inform Assembly About Budget Gap

A report by Anchorage’s municipal attorney holds that former Mayor Mark Begich was aware of, but failed to tell the Anchorage assembly the full extent of the city’s financial shortfall during the 2008 economic crisis.
