Expert says diversity has practical rewards

The more an organization embraces diversity, the more successful it’s likely to be. That was the message of a Vancouver University professor and theologian who conducted a dialogue yesterday in Anchorage on Race and Diversity in the Workplace.

    Thanks so much for this report. Dr. Brokenleg did an outstanding job at the three events I was at…his style and humor were perfect and began a good dialogue that is sorely needed in Anchorage as we become more diverse.
