Line One: Envision the Rhythms of Life

Sponsored by the National Institute of Health, Anchorage-based Mind Matters Research has been studying imagery as intervention since 2006. Led by Dr. Lyn Freeman, researchers work with breast cancer survivors to determine if an imagery program will improve quality of life. Entering Phase II of the study in September 2008, the “Envision the Rhythms of Life” Imagery Program will be delivered to 135 breast cancer survivors in Alaska and Seattle. This week on Line One, president of Mind Matters Research, Dr. Lyn Freeman joins host Dr. Woodard along with  mind-body researcher, Dr. Lorenzo Cohen, lead consultant on the grant.
