We are blessed with a plethora of good candidates for mayor. We also have a shortfall in the budget that will make a run-off destructive for municipal programs. I have a suggestion to resolve the problem. If the top three candidates get more than 50% of the vote combined, why not let them govern jointly. A triumvirate! Why should we only have one mayor when we need all the brain power we can get. I suggest three mayors concurrent and synced, that means they have to sit down together and work things out before they present their plans to the Assembly. This would assure the citizens that all perspectives on the problems will have been considered.
