Scofflaw seizures go “big”

The municipality of Anchorage is actively pursuing “scofflaw drivers.” That’s those drivers with over a thousand dollars in unpaid, moving violations. Anchorage Police officers who stop a scofflaw driver will seize the vehicle, no matter how large. KSKA reports on two “sizeable” impounds.
