Partnership battling domestic violence making a difference

One of Alaska’s saddest distinctions is its continuing high level of domestic cases – one of the highest in the nation. That disturbing trend also holds true for Anchorage. Last Friday, a partnership battling domestic violence showed how their concerted efforts were making a difference.
