The former Citicorp vice president insisted the audience decide the topics for his discussion, titled “50 years Traveling the International Finance Highway with a Few Detours and Back Roads.” Throughout his 33 year career with Citicorp / Citibank / Citigroup, Bill Taylor worked in five different continents. Taylor was appointed an executive director of Citibank International in the UK from 1982 - 1994 and Vice President for Citibank Global Asset Management, responsible for the Middle East, Central, Eastern and South Europe, Africa and Brunei. Artistic director of Alaska Theatre of Youth, Christian Heppinstall stops by this week, along with Amy Caron from Waves of Mu, now playing at Out North in Anchorage. The Alaska Theatre of Youth celebrates its 25th birthday this year and will present The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, April 25 - 27 at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. Waves of Mu will be at Out North through Saturday, April 19 and then Caron and her crew will travel to Homer, Alaska for three performances at the Bunnell Street Gallery, April 25 - 27.

Joshua Wade faces a federal murder charge

A federal grand jury has indicted Joshua Wade on two counts relating to the murder of Anchorage nurse, Mindy Schloss. If convicted, Wade could receive the death penalty.
