We begin this 30th Anniversary slide show by taking a look at KSKA’s three different homes. KSKA’s program director Bede Trantina remembers broadcasting from all three:

“KSKA moved into the basement of Grant Hall in 1978. We were all very excited to have studios and a place to begin broadcasting. Since we didn’t have windows, we would open the back door to check the weather before giving weather forecasts. We moved to the Atwood Concert Hall in 1983 from Grant Hall. This is where we all learned how to use computers from General Manager, Bruce Smith. KSKA moved into Elmo Sackett Broadcast Center with KAKM Channel 7 in 1997 and we are here today.”
