Eagle River/Chugiak race features rematch and a new voice

For the second time in as many years Eagle River/Chugiak voters will decide who holds Anchorage Assembly Seat C. Besides that twist, in the upcoming April 1st municipal election, they will be choosing from among three candidate – two official…and one unofficial.
