Rasmuson Foundation bestows nearly $4.5 million on Anchorage libraries

Today the Rasmuson Foundation announced it was awarding nearly four and a half million dollars to Anchorage’s public libraries. But portions of the grant come with a stipulation - the community must prove that it really supports the libraries.
