Military impact on adjacent cities not just economic

Since Wednesday, Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich has been in Washington, D.C. for the annual U.S. Conference of Mayors. Thursday afternoon the mayor presided over a meeting examining relations between communities and nearby military bases.
