My question is about myself and trying to ward off stress in my life. I am a caregiver to my husband (31 yrs. married, I am 56 he is 61) who has Parkinson’s and is in a wheelchair (after 7 yrs.) My exercise levels have dropped due to his need to have a caregiver more often. I know how to prevent stress I think but I am having a difficult time with guilt and always being in a hurry to get back to him when I do go out for my workouts. I know that all of these things cause more stress. I am unable to afford home care often, and my mom, who took care of my dad who died with Parkinson’s last March ended up with a pacemaker due to her stress. Any suggestions or advice?
Can you fit an exercise equipment near the living area there with your husband?
