Municipality changes plans for first responder training and pares down firing range sites

After arousing considerable public attention, the proposed training facilities for Anchorage-based first responders has undergone considerable change. Now the agencies involved in the Alaska Regional Command Training and Interagency Campus are trying to get public reaction to the latest options.
