Today’s guest is journalist, ex-molecular biologist and author Trisha Gura, Ph.D. Dr. Gura wrote Lying in Weight: The Hidden Epidemic of Eating Disorders in Adult Women, in which she investigated eating disorders in young women and the population at large.
