Anchorage Mayor reacts to Governor’s capital project vetoes

When Governor Sarah Palin signed the capital budget bill today she also vetoed nearly $250 million in projects, cutting more than $80 million in Anchorage-specific projects. Early this afternoon Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich reacted in a hastily-called press conference.
