Anchorage Democrat and Spenardian Mike Doogan just completed his first session in the Alaska State House of Representatives. After being the columnist most likely to offer comment on the state legislature, Doogan now finds himself on the other side of the journalistic fence — and at a rocky time in Alaska history. Corruption charges have been leveled against some of his colleagues, while at the same time lawmakers are trying to pave the way for a major gas pipeline construction project.

Host: Nellie Moore, independent journalist
Guest: Representative Mike Doogan (D), Alaska State House, District 25 (Anchorage)

Original Broadcast (LIVE): Wed, May 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m.
